Proctorial Board
The Proctorial Board of Indraprastha Institute of Management & Technology (IIMT), Saharanpur is constituted to maintain discipline, promote responsible behaviour and ensure a safe, respectful and harmonious academic environment within the Institute.
The Board plays an important role in guiding students regarding institutional rules, discipline, professional conduct and ethical responsibilities. It also addresses matters related to student behaviour and takes appropriate measures in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Institute.

To create a disciplined, secure and student-friendly campus where every learner can pursue academic and personal development in an atmosphere of mutual respect, responsibility and integrity.

Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with institutional rules and regulations.
Address matters related to student misconduct and inappropriate behaviour on campus.
Counsel and guide students regarding discipline, punctuality and professional behaviour.
Promote mutual respect and maintain a healthy student-faculty relationship.
Review disciplinary matters and recommend appropriate action whenever required.
Create awareness among students regarding the Institute's code of conduct and campus policies.

Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality and appropriate behaviour on campus.
Students must respect faculty members, staff, fellow students and institutional property.
Students must follow all academic and administrative rules prescribed by the Institute.
Any form of harassment, intimidation, violence or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Students are expected to uphold the reputation, values and academic integrity of the Institute.
